Indonesian Opalised Wood 18ct Gold Pendant
Incredible green opalised wood cabochon set in 18ct yellow gold. Opalised wood was formed over millions of years from ancient teak forests in Indonesia buried by ash during volcanic eruptions. Groundwater rich in silica and minerals infiltrated the petrified wood and gave it fantastic colours and specks of copper. The pendant is on 18ct yellow gold fine curb 18” chain.
SIZE Approximately 37mm long from top of the bail and 14mm wide.
